Steps to enable crossplay on Xbox 

1. Open the Guide menu on the Xbox dashboard

2. Select Settings

3. Select Online safety & family in the General tab

4. Select Privacy & online safety

5. Select Xbox privacy

6. Select View details & customize

7. Select Communication & multiplayer

8. Select Allow for crossplay in the You can play with people outside Xbox column
